A very professional agent

Apart from Tom's knowledge and negotiating skills, he treated us, the client, in a way that we couldn't fault. It's always a very anxious time when you have an "open for inspection". Tom was straight on the phone after each inspection to outline to us what transpired from that open. An offer was made and from that time his communication didn't drop off. He followed through liaising all the time with us and the buyer to make the purchase an easy transition for all parties. Would highly recommend Tom to friends to handle their sale.
