Tom was our rental agent and he was the natural choice when we decided to sell our unit. He already had a report with the tenent which made showing and fixing a few things much easier. As he sold a few units in the complex and got the highest prices of all the agents, he knew exactly what it was worth and strived to achieve that. He sold the unit before advertising and we saved a lot of money and time. He had a few prospective buyers im line and the second one bought our unit. There were a few little things to be fixed and he got quotes and arranged with the tenant to be fixed.
