We interviewed several REA’s and visited them at OFI’s and their auctions, and finally selected Tom from Vicprop, to assist us with selling our home. He was amazing! He shared an extensive list of contractors who helped us with everything from painting to cleaning. We had a tricky timeline and he had great advice on how to sell at the best time. He stayed calm and kept us calm. We had 38 groups at our first OFI and his follow up was excellent. We sold at auction at a price that was amazing!
