Cannot recommend Kirsty and Tom more highly. It was not merely the price they achieved. There was also their straightforward and commonsense advice on styling (only just enough), marketing (again, only just enough) and minor repairs to present our property in the best possible light. But the clincher for me was the day of our first open when I saw them both walking the streets of the neighbourhood knocking on doors to spread the word that our property was for sale. We had a contract on day one.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for better agents. After trying three other real estate agencies who pressured us and even bullied other agents, meeting Tom and Kirsty was an absolute game-changer. They were a true breath of fresh air. Warm, genuine, and effortlessly professional in every way. Tom made the entire process feel smooth, organised and completely stress free. His confidence, communication, and calm approach took all the pressure off us. And Kirsty? She worked pure magic. Her staging and styling advice transformed our home beyond anything we expected. Tom has been exception all the way through the process. He has been fair, despite acting on behalf of the seller. Integrity is the word that come to mind, and while he certainly drive a hard bargain getting the seller top value for the house we bought, we were treated with respect and Tom and Kirsty also has gone above and beyond after the property has gone on contract. While quite a cliché, we would highly recommend Tom, for both his knowledge and above all sincerely and integrity.
