Tom was very enthusiastic and communicative, always keeping us up to date with the sale a few times a week. This was great as we had heard so many stories of people signing and then agents going dark. While he was new to selling in the area, he had good local knowledge and got us a good result while not charging and arm and a leg.

During the pre-settlement inspection, Tom solved the plumbing and lighting issues on site immediately without having to go through additional rounds of communication with the vendor. What a surprise!
