Williamsons Real Estate was established in 1933 by Tom's Great Grandfather Victor Fairchild Williamson. Originally trading under V.F Williamson & Sons, the name changed to Williamsons Real Estate when Victor's Sons, Bert & Cay, took over the agency. Tom’s parents Terry and Christine Williamson took over from late 70’s until their retirement. Over the years the Williamsons have diversified their business with second-hand furniture dealing and repairs, dairy and beef farming, and travel and insurance agents. Tom’s upbringing and background in farming equips him with the necessary knowledge when it comes to buying and selling rural property. Animal husbandry, hay & silage preparation as well as machinery and dairy operations, have provided Tom with the essential experience in understanding rural properties when presenting to the market. Being the fourth generations of the longest running business in Drouin, Tom took over the mantle of his family business 5 years ago which has been serving Drouin and the West Gippsland Community for over 90 years. Beginning his real estate career in 2005, having a farming background and recently completing a masters degree in business administration, Tom is your go-to agent for all things real estate.

Outstanding Professional Service

Friendly, Helpful & Communicative.

My partner and i have just purchased our first home and had the pleasure of working with Tom. From the get go, Tom was super helpful and available to show us the property and revisit a few times as we requested. Excellent service
