Highly, HIGHLY recommended
Well, who would've thought selling a house would be such an enjoyable, stress-free experience (with an even more 'enjoyable' sum to conclude the proceedings...)? Tom is an amazing agent – hugely professional and knowledgeable, charming, approachable and warm, humorous, fiercely (in the nicest, gentlest sense) determined, sharp as a tack – who puts in his utter and absolute all to successfully achieve the very best for his clients. We've worked with him both in his capacity as an agent touting a potential property for us to purchase, and subsequently offloading our own property, and he's delivered 100 per cent on both counts – more than 100 per cent, if there were such a thing (let's just call it two lots of 100 per cent!). And when it's time for us to sell again, this is the agent we will be turning to in a heartbeat. Honestly, I can't recommend Tom highly enough – but I have a sneaking suspicion he isn't going to need many of these recommendations or reviews in the near future. With a work ethic (and social ethics) like his, where nothing is too much trouble and your interests are always above his own interests, I think he may well be an agent who is soon on everyone's radar (if he isn't there already). And as an aside – as well as securing us heaps of interest in our property by dint of his charmingly persevering, lovely self and a sale price that was well above our expectations (and, indeed, more than the sale price of other, arguably more desirably positioned properties on the same street), Tom is also fabulous with young kids and dogs – making all appointments or house viewings a much more palatable, less-meltown-y experience (the kids', not ours). What's not to love about an agent who's so good at his job, he can multitask it seamlessly and entertain your kids and pets at the same time as getting you a whopper of a result? If you were in the UK, Tom Williams, I'd nominate you as Lord Sir Alan Sugar's next Apprentice...! 😉
