Great agent, good communicator, willing to work hard to get the deal done

A genuine refreshingly clever and delightfully competent real estate agent who's superb at his job!

The selling experience with Tom was amazingly good. Tom is very personable, friendly and very engaging, as well as being an excellent communicator. He showed incredible enthusiasm, very strong marketing strategies and invaluable intuitive listening skills to highlight the best selling points which gave confidence to both the seller and the buyers. He used some new and different marketing strategies to the rather tired old standard including a detailed and comprehensive video, well chosen photographs, detailed technical sheets on the house features and Sunday open inspections. With diligence, determination and detailed knowledge of the house features Tom found the right buyer who offered the right price. We were seriously impressed at the smooth and efficient process which produced an excellent result within a short time frame. Thanks, and well done Tom.
