Loved this about Tomas, he was passionate and happy to help out any time - literally, as living in the Western state, talking to East Coast is not always easy. Tomas was set the task to sell our investment property, the smallest house in a quiet street. He immediately made a strong relationship with the tenants and got them on side to aid in presenting the home each week for open homes. He even employed his younger brother to keep the dogs busy so prospective buyers could view the yard without being pestered. He did everything we expect from an agent and then added his own personal touch to acheive the sale. Our property was by no means the best sale he could have achieved for the month but he treated our sale as important as the next. Well worth the investment.
