Highly recommend the Tomas Tonkes-Foote team. We met with several real estate agents and chose Tomas for so many reasons - his local knowledge of the area, his belief in us and our property, his negotiation skills, his kindness - I could go on all day! He helped us achieve a sale price above expectations and within only 6 days on the market. His team were really patient with us and allowed me to make changes to the marketing strategy (I work in marketing myself) - they really did go above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable throughout the whole process and nothing was ever too much of a drama. We purchased a house that Tomas was the real estate agent for and the process was quite easy. There were a few delays in getting things signed but we believe the delay was on the owners side so no big issue with that. We also requested some documents regarding the house and Tomas and his team did their best to get those for us. He also lived local and was able to give us a few insights into the neighborhood. Overall happy with the service Tomas and his team provided.
