I have known Tomas for the last couple of years. I rang him and enquired about selling my Townhouse in Cleveland but then decided it was not the right time for me to sell. Tomas has exceptional listening skills which is important to me in an agent. He is tenacious in a very unassuming way. He listened to what I DID want and what I DIDN'T want (which was most important to me). I had discussed with Tomas what I was willing to accept for my home and he arrived within only a few days with an offer of $30k more than discussed, with an eventual written contract being done up for the offered price, and my property sold. Tomas is very professional and willing to go the extra mile to help get the sale but his most important characteristic to me is his ability to "listen" to what his seller wants rather than forcing his own opinions. He had an extremely up to date knowledge of the market and was always willing to offer advice support when requested by me. Tomas had been keeping in touch with me for almost 2 years every 6 months to see if I was ready to sell so in the end his tenacity paid off.
