Was a little reluctant at first to spend the money on a BA but wow, this property market is insane! Tome not only found us a great capital growth property with positive yield in a location we hadn't even considered, but also project managed everything. He's into detail, organised and responsive as well as genuinely passionate about property. Bonus - he comes free of any sales pitch or vested interest, and is a lovely guy. Our investment property was bought with less stress than our last car purchase. We'll be back.
