The reason I gave 4 stars is only because i do not enjoy giving feedback but here we go. Tommy asked that I take a chance on him. He did not want to be known as the agent who gets the highest price in the area but the agent who gets what he promises his client. He promised me we would get the price that I NEEDED for my mum’s age care and we got well beyond that. He calmed my fears when I saw the clearance rates dropping and trusting him and the process, which he fully explained and why we should sell by auction, we agreed on a realistic reserve price. I am happy to say on Auction Day, mum’s house went on the market $200,000 above the reserve price and sold beyond that.
