Not the best with communication with his clients this he could work on. I was dissapointed I drove 1 hour and a half for the building and pest inspection when I advised Tommy that I was coming to the inspection with plenty of notice and was not let in by the Tenant. This was due to the Agent did not advise the Tenant I was attending the inspection. This was very frustrating. Not sure this was Tommy's fault though could have been the office but wanted to note it. We found our experience with Tommy to be a very satisfying and extremely happy with the result.
