There was a lot of agent emailing me but one that makes me answer was the White Knight agent named Tommy. We met and he is so professional and explained the pros and cons the situation in the marketplace when you sell your house especially the amounts $ sign. He is honest and straight forward. I was so hesitant to sell my house but when he explained the details makes me more comfortable and understand how they can sell it. They have all the accessories how to attract the people to see or interests your house. With all the process and pricing in selling a house he is so knowledgeable and exceptional. Before I met him he mentioned he has few houses sold in Deer Park with a very good price. So I was so interested there in then of course with the go signal of my husband. When the house was open on the first day. There was a buyer interested in the contract. With Tommy as a brilliant agent he makes it sure that the buyer will agree with the price, there was a negotiation and after few days of talking they agreed with the price. Tommy was so helpful and patience to us during the process of selling because we are schedule to travel few days after the house was sold. I was so stressed and burn out but Tommy was calm and making sure that the process will be smooth and until we return home from holiday. Then Tommy gave us more than 30 days for settlement. Our communication was superb it's all through email and as well as what's up. He updates and remind us from time to time until settlement day has come. There was little problem on its way but resolves quickly because of prompt response. That's why communication is important and as long as you understand each other. I am so happy and grateful that I met Tommy as my agent. I will definitely recommend him and his agents from White Knight.
