Toni was amazing, at a time where most agents ignore emails and requests toni took the time to show me the property outside of normal inspection hours (as I work weekends ) and once our offer was accepted she was very respectful during the exchange process, no pressure and no threats of the dreaded gazumping. Very unusual in these times. But the service wasn't done yet, after the initial exchange she then took time out of her day to show me through the house twice more to arrange quotes.
