Tony was great to work with and was always available or responded to any matters promptly. Some agents make promises and go missing so Toni was a very pleasant surprise. Sadly, the buyers ended up being very difficult and unreasonable. Toni had to deal with some very bad behavior, but worked hard to mediate the dispute. Highly reccommenged - particularly if you like to be greeted with a big smile and a 'can do' attitude.
