Toni made sure she knew the property well and was very careful to take excellent photos of the property alongside a nicely crafted promotion. As an absentee landlord it was really important that she went the extra yard, such as reading meters and regularly checking on the property. She regularly provided updates on the Katherine market and buyer interest. If I had another property to sell in Katherine she'd get the job.
Toni gave very good advice about an appropriate sale price, understood our priorities, and worked over an entire Easter long weekend to facilitate showing potential buyers the property leading to an offer and smooth transition.
