I was seeking a fresh approach to marketing my home when I decided to sell earlier this year. Tony made himself known to me via a letter box drop he undertook in my street( flagging the very quick sale of another property some doors down). Today, our unit at 9/23 Power Street Hawthorn, was sold at auction by Woodards of Camberwell. Just to say thank you, to all at Woodards, who did a terrific job. In particular, Caroline Hammill and Tony El-Helou, who represented us so well. Caroline guided us through the sale process for an extended period of time, attending to detail, and is obviously an expert at presenting a property for sale "all dressed up and ready to dance ".
