We were looking at an investment property. The morning the advert came up, i sent an interest via online. Toni was quick to respond to invite me to a viewing on the same day, Toni was casually dressed (No suit) and that i though was great, because my main interest wasn't him wearing a suit, but his advert was not undervaluing the property, he explained the vendor expectation, and we basically put an offer that afternoon.
