It has been such a privilege to have the support and guidance of Toni when selling my first home. This was a huge decision and was not made lightly. Toni took the time to explain the process. She showed me comparisons on the market, reflecting the location, cost, and demands. Toni also introduced me to a financial advisor and a mortgage broker. Her referrals were also fantastic, supportive, and down to earth. We originally planned for an auction. However, due to uncontrollable cirstimances, we decided on an offer that I was incredibly pleased with. I am very satisfied with the outcome. I was so excited to sign the paperwork that she offered to drop my house to finalise the paperwork that evening of the sale.
