I chose Toni Rowan and Drew Hendricks for their exceptional performance. I highly recommend Toni to anyone who is wanting to sell their property because unlike the majority of real sales agents in town, Toni has unparalleled knowledge of this town's market. Namely because prior to signing up I had spoken with two other agents in town, both of which didn't believe that I would be able to sell my property for anything more than I had initially bought it for and that was despite me having done some remodelling, repainting and making various repairs to the property. Toni also has a proven sale technique of using social media, which saves a seller from having to pay the realestate.com.au marketing fee. Toni was able to sign up a buyer and I was able to accept an offer which I was very happy with. Toni worked with Drew and this process only took less than 12 hours!! Like with Drew, I had also met Toni back in 2020. Toni worked alongside her partner Drew Hendricks and their partnership back then is no different to the present time.
