Toni Spires

We found Toni to be very aproachable. She responded quickly to our calls and messages in a professional and patient manner. We must have driven her crazy at times but she remained calm and understanding and treated us with respect. Her knowlede of the real estate negotiations and the market was invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.

Toni worked very hard selling my flat. She kept me up to date with who was enquiring about it, who was asking questions about it and stats from the ad. Toni took great photos of my flat, it looked beautiful. She is very professional, and very proactive with me and potential buyers. Toni negotiated so well and got a good price for me. Everything went smoothly because Toni sure knows how to market and sell properties.

Toni Squires facilitated the sale of our home with a great deal of enthusiasm and expertise. She provided accurate and timely feedback during the whole process and was always willing and available to answer any of our questions. Toni is a capable, honest and reliable member of the Coast to Country team. We can't thank her enough!
