All major requirements and actions were discussed with me and allowed me to have good control of processes. At all times I felt Tonia was a professional who acted on my behalf and in my best interests. She put clear requirements to potential purchasers simplifying negotiations. Office backup support from her group was good and Tonia was at all times readily accessible. Was able to achieve the market price that we hoped possible.
