I used Tony a couple of years ago to sell my property after 2 failed attempts by other agents. Tony not only got us the price we were after, but was also very easy to deal with. He understands that everyone's needs are different and is flexible. We were very busy and had no time for regular meetings and updates and only wanted to hear when there was an issue or an offer, if we had wanted more contact he would have done that. When we decided to sell again recently, there was no question on who we would enlist to sell the property. Tony got us an offer on the first open home and again sold for the price we wanted. Not only did he sell the place quickly but he did so with efficiency and enthusiasm.
