Tony Bristol

I have purchased my property with Tony Bristol. The most dishonest real estate agent I have come across. My whole buying experience with him was horrible. Lied to me on many occasions and he was caught lying. Wanted to speak to him face to face before settlement and said he is not at work. Went pass his office and guess what he was just walking out his office. Didn't even make the effort to hand over the keys on the day of settlement. Be careful who you deal with as your real estate agent. They may look like they have their best interest for you but unfortunately that is not the case with Tony. All he cared about is to sell the house and receive his commission.

My dealings with Tony Bristol were very amicable and helpful. He has a calm and friendly demeanour which made me feel at ease right from the start. He was willing to answer all my questions and followed up on any issues that we discussed. As well as that, he was easily contactable and respectful of me and my neighbours especially when running the Open Homes.

Tony is an honest and a professional gentleman. His knowledge of the real estate market and local area was exceptional. He kept us well informed throughout the buying of our property and was always available to explain anything we were unsure of. We were very happy with his service and the final outcome.

We were really impressed with Tony Bristol from Ray White, Bribie Island. With the market being so hot at the moment, he was under a lot of pressure, but we were really happy to work with him as he was prompt, thorough and didn’t pressure us. We were super pleased that nothing sounded like a sales spin. We had done our homework regarding the area and prices, and we appreciated that Tony recognised this and was genuine in his interactions with us. Would recommend him to anyone.
