Our family recently purchased a house in Young and Tony Brown from Ray White Real Estate was our agent. I found Tony very accommodating with all of our requests some of which were quite demanding, where Tony came in on a day off to open the house. Tony provided quality customer service with his friendliness, returning all our phone calls promptly and following through with any requests or queries we had. About ten years ago we made an offer on a house which was accepted by the owner, however, we were gazumped, leaving us disappointed and hurt.
