Tony is a really good guy who knows the Essendon and surrounding suburbs like the back of his hand. His estimation of what we could get for our Villa Unit was spot on - I mean to the dollar! Skilled auctioneer too, without being hyped. Always kept in communication throughout. Has a good courteous team too, and good quality contacts (like staging). I can only say it was an excellent experience. I've used him twice btw over a 15 year period...a fan!
