Right from the beginning of meeting Tony we were very comfortable with his friendly and open communication. He was extremely professional and experienced in the sale of our house. Tony offered sound advice and also responded to our requests. We would highly recommend engaging Tony as a real estate agent. Thank you Tony!
Thankyou to Tony and the team at Wardle Co real estate for making our Auction and also our clearing sale a easy process.

Good to have a local agent that new the area and advice to hold off when offers were coming in advertising was of a high standard with great photos
Tony has elite market knowledge and managed the sale of our property with a high degree of professionalism. Tony is a fantastic communicator and alway kept us well informed
Tony knew the current market & his local knowledge & experience of the Yorke Peninsula in particular Port Victoria, help us achieve a positive sale. Highly recommend Tony if you are considering selling your property on the YP.
This was a pretty seemless transaction which is good for a property sale.
Thank you Tony. You were messed around so many times by prospective purchasers but you never gave up.
Dealing with Tony Clark is a pleasure as a seller. He is honest, down to earth and has excellent local knowledge of not only real estate, but a good contact/client base. If you want to deal with someone who doesn't waste your time with BS... he's your man.
Tony was great. It took awhile but we got what we wanted. His laid back approach was exactly what was needed
We had the block for a few years. For sale sign was not up the whole time it was up for sale. My brother had to attach it to the fence twice. So did we. Thought Tony could of had a bit more input. But it's sold now
