Tony is an experienced, knowledgable and communicative agent. Tony was wonderful to work with. We bought the house from Tony and were so impressed with his approach we continued to use him as a rental agent for 8 years and as our agent when selling. Tony has been fantastic every step of the way. In selling the house, Tony's excellent communication skills, relationship and trust, and knowledge and judgement meant for a fantastic result for us as vendors.

Tony was a pleasure to work with. He had been managing our property for years as a rental and when it came to sell, he gave great advice and helped us achieve the price we wanted very efficiently.

I recently sold my property through Tony. From start to finish he’s been a pleasant agent to deal with. He always answered my calls and messages promptly or quickly called back. Some agents can be hard to get hold of or you always reach their assistant who takes a message. I can say without a doubt Tony’s very hard working. Every week he contacted me multiple times to give updates. Every time a buyer contacted him, every time changes needed to be made and every time something’s been completed, he contacted me. He always contacted me a day before an open, just before an open and just after an open. He’s answered my calls well after work hours. His communication is spot on. He takes buyers to view my property on open days but he also takes them there on any day with almost no notice. Sometimes I think the man doesn’t do anything but work. But then I remember the time I messaged him around midnight and he didn’t get back to me until 6am next day, so that means he actually sleeps too Tony gave me realistic expectations on my property value, its strengths and shortfalls and state of the market. He gave me reliable information I verified with other agents. Some agents over-quote property values so sellers choose them. Other agents under-quote you and push you to sell for lowest possible price to get a quick sale. I’ve had agents who said one thing on the phone but something else once it was in writing. This was never the case with Tony. Not once did I feel pressured by Tony to sell my property at a price I’m uncomfortable with. He’s very realistic to both buyers and myself about the value of my property. You always know where you stand with Tony. In fact Tony is probably the only agent who’s been 100% honest with me Lastly I just want to add that Tony worked during the GFC in 2008/2009. Everyone’s a genius in a bull market but only true geniuses thrive in bear markets I would whole-heartedly recommend Tony to anyone. He’s fair and reasonable to both sellers and buyers

Taking that leap into buying a house can be a very anxious and overwhelming experience. We are both so glad we had Tony Day as the agent selling us our first home together. He always offered as much help as he could, and spoke to us with genuine honesty. This was a big step in our lives and we always felt we were dealing with a good and trusting agent.

I have known Tony for approx. 10 years, as he represented a friend with multiple property sales and purchases. I chose Tony and his team based on her recommendation to manage and eventually sell my Marrickville property. Tony and his team at Day & Hodgson initially managed my property in Marrickville. Mylisa was prompt, proactive and solved any issues or problems that arose with ease. She is an effective communicator and provided excellent customer service. When I decided to sell my property, I had no hesitation choosing Tony. At every point during the sales campaign Tony was in touch, providing feedback and great advice. On auction day, he worked hard to achieve a great outcome. I cannot speak highly enough of Tony. His local market knowledge, calm demeanor, clear and consistent communication and overall professionalism is outstanding. He also has a great sense of humour which always helps!

Not a fan of estate agents as a whole, however Tony had been great, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and amenable. Thank you!!

Tony kept us informed every step of the way. Well informed of the market and understands the key selling points of our property. After getting to know Tony, he really tries to do right by both vendors and buyers. It’s been humbling working with him and I’m glad I made the decision to work with D&H.

My experience with Tony Day was beyond my expectations, as I had never sold a property before. Tony was very engaging and kept me in the loop about everything associated with the sale, even the smallest detail and even on his day off. Tony didn't seem to mind me asking stacks of questions and was always patient with me. If I was ever to enter into home ownership again I would utilise Tony's expertise, he was wonderful to work with and was able to get a great price for the sale. I would recommend Tony Day to anyone thinking of selling a property.

Not only did Tony deliver a great result with the sale of our recent home but he did it with an honest approach and great communication. We really valued his expert advice and feedback throughout all stages. Tony has sold a few properties for family and friends so we had high expectations and he didn’t disappoint! If we sell property in Sydney again we would definitely choose him.

Tony's view of the market proved accurate throughout our campaign. He was quick with feedback, listened to our needs and delivered a great outcome. We are really pleased with the experience of working with Tony on the sale of our property.

Tony was very professional, helpful and easy to work with.

marketing campaign and was honest all the way through the sale. I worked with Tony for 12 years so when it came to choosing an agent to sell me property then there was going to be no one else. I have seen how he works both behind the scenes and now as a client. 5 Stars all the way. Thank you very much for all your hard work.
