I guess the agents work for the vendor and not the buyer, but in this case, even though we were buyers, I didn't feel like the things were one-sided. Tony was friendly and accommodating, offered help when needed, didn't feel bothered that I rang him million times (at least he didn't show it :)) and made the purchasing process quite smooth for us.
