I have been speaking with Tony for several years about selling my house and buying another. He was always very generous with his time and advice as the market changed during that time and I checked in with him along the way to keep informed. Tony made a point of keeping an eye out for me for stock that may have been of interest to me and sending me links to review. When I finally found a property that met my criteria for purchase (with another agent) he helped confirm the value of the property was reasonable so I could have confidence in what I was proposing to pay. Once my offer was accepted I quickly engaged Tony to get my property on the market. Even though Tony was familiar with my property and me, he was very thorough in the sales process ensuring that he walked me through all the steps systematically. It took a little while for the property to sell, and Tony kept me well informed the entire time. He handled potential buyers professionally and ensured that he discussed all decisions along the way. When I began to have some doubts about our agreed selling strategy, Tony took the time to review it with me. We agreed to continue as we’d begun given Tony’s up to date knowledge of the market, following which we did indeed produce a good result, selling the property for just above the asking price. If you’re looking for an agent who is honest, consistent, patient, hard working, reliable, authentic, professional, structured, and is a good communicator Tony is your guy. I would definitely use Tony again for the sale of a property.
