Personable: Tony is not only professional in his dealings, but he was a pleasure to discuss any questions or concerns I had. The house I was selling required some renovations and Tony excelled in coordinating this in my absence. 2. Knowledgeable: Tony knew the current market and the price that the house could be sold for, with and without some renovations. He was on the ball when it came to what the current market was like and honest in his appraisals. There were questions that I posed that he did not know the answer to, but instead of making up an answer as I have found people to do, Tony answered honestly with "I don't know but I'll go and find out". This always resulted in a prompt reply to the question within 24 hours. 3. Kept me up to date: This was true throughout the process of selling, from the time we discussed selling of the house, through to the renovations that were needed, through to the home opens, through to the final settlement. Tony always kept in touch at least on a once to twice weekly basis, and on one particular week, on a daily basis. Tony was able to sell my house, obtain a good price and for this alone I was happy. However the service he provided went above and beyond the service levels I expected. This makes him an excellent agent and I would recommend him without hesitation.
