Sale of my Como Property

I bought this property from Bourkes in 2019. I thought then how upfront Tony was, when I went through the dwelling. After purchase, I did an extensive renovation and I invited him to come and have a look, given he was aware of the previous condition and layout. I have had the property rented through Bourkes and couldn't be happier with the service they provided and the clear and efficient communication they delivered to me as the owner. It was a natural choice, therefore, to choose Tony to sell this property for me. I have dealt with many real estate agents over the years, but Tony is by far the most professional. He is not pushy or bossy. He respects the owner's opinion and gently encourages other ways to see things- particularly when it comes to marketing. I got feedback immediately after the home opens as well as statistical data on how the marketing was or wasn't working for me. The second week the open was opened the property received two offers. I believe it was Tony's transparent, professional and genuinely authentic communication style to the potential buyers that resulted in the best offer being put forward to me. I would recommend Tony to anyone, particularly if your are unsure or are new to the Market and the process. Tony breaks the cliches often attached to agents and sales.
