Tony was at an open house I inspected and Nicola followed up with the negotiations for the sale.

Tony was very knowledgeable about the area and the property. nice and friendly to everyone and it was very busy. I most appreciated that if he didn’t know the answer to something he just said so and did not offer a bulldust response. Nicola was very easy to work with and I felt she was genuine in her negotiations and interest in us. any query I had she responded quickly and clearly and always appeared understanding and interested during our conversations. We established a very good rapport and I felt she was taking care of both the seller and us , the buyer, to achieve a very good outcome.
