Of the things you might expect of a good real estate agent, well presented, clear and timely communication, etc., Tony had all these things covered. It's less the things Tony did that was most helpful, but the things he didn't. Tony was never pushy or a 'hard-seller'. Nor was he only 'on the side of' the vendor. When it came to the process of submitting an offer, Tony was clear and fair. If I needed to buy again, I'd have no concerns approaching Tony. Tony gets 10/10 for his all-round commitment and expertise. Phone calls / texts / emails all dealt with promptly, Tony always followed up on what he said he'd do, and was able to regularly give appropriate and valued advice on what work could be done to enhance the selling price.
