Tony was great to deal with as a buyer - he was responsive to our calls and texts, kept us up to date and was flexible and available when we needed assistance. He was helpful, friendly and professional as well, and could tell he was trying to do the right thing by his vendor but also be fair and transparent with us. Even after I bought the property, he was willing to let me in to see it and even asked us to take our shoes off so the property wasn't inadvertently damaged - which I thought was very thoughtful of him. Additionally, when he didn't have the answer to some of our questions he would follow up with the vendor then and there to get a response, even getting the vendor to come meet us to talk us through the property details which was a massive help.
