Tony was very accomodating throughout the buying process. We found him very relatable and honest about the pros and cons of the property. He was quite realistic about price expectations, and this was reflected in the final sale price and reserve price declared during the auction. At no stage did tony try to oversell the property or pressure our decision. On auction day Tony was supportive but not pushy and gave us confidence in our bidding strategy. The bottle of champagne and meeting the vendor after the auction was a nice touch. I’m also pleased with the follow up since, I get the sense that Tony is sincerely happy for our family and this has helped to make the whole experience a positive one.
