We were able to secure acceptance of our offer 10 hours after we inspected the property. Tony worked very efficiently to facilitate a contract. Throughout the pre inspection checks he was incredibly supportive ensuring that the various inspections were carried out in an efficient and timely manner to enable settlement . Tony was very responsive, he demonstrated a full understanding of the features of the property and the operating requirements of a rather complex house. at all times Tony was open and honest in representing the property. It's very rare to get an agent of Tony's calibre. He went way above the normal service. From inspecting the place to putting in an offer to the settlement Tony was there every step of the way and nothing was too much in regards to answering umpteen questions, recommending suppliers and helping with items that were not actually part of his job description.
