10/10 other than being on personal holiday and it being difficult getting the keys to the property (only 1 day delay) Tony was 10/10 professional and proficient at handling the entire sales process across multiple parties, with numerous, shifting variables. New urgent items arose and with his help, they were managed swiftly. He handled himself like a pro, if possible I'd stick with him for purchase #2
