I knew that we would not receive as much for this house as was the median price in the area.Too many minus attributes including original dept of housing built in 1947. This house had no renovations and was also heritage listed. The land area was less for duplex construction. With all these negatives I thought Tony tried exceptionally hard to sell the house, including extra open times. On the actual auction day Tony & the auctioneer certainly worked up a sweat trying very hard to sell this property. Tony was a pleasure to deal with and as this was a deceased estate he made the sale as easy as possible
