
The purchase of 62 Geographe Bay Rd was the culmination of over 8 months of market analysis and inspection. We and our younf daughters couldn't be happier with the outcome of owning our very own holiday home in Dunsborough, which will hopefully also become a key financial investment for our family. Tony was a fantastic agent. From the beginning when we lodged our interest in finding the right property in Old Dunsborough he went out of his way to arrange multiple property viewings over two visits (from Perth) to Dunsborough. The first of these was in March/April 2017, and after viewing 6-7 properties, all arranged by Tony, it created clarity in our minds as to what type of home and area in Old Dunsborough that we were interested. Late on the last afternoon (at Bunker Bay) we planned to be in Dunsborough, before we were to return to Perth, which was a Sunday, Tony sent us a message about 62 Geographe Bay Rd, which just came across his desk and he arranged an inspection at short notice that evening. Suffice to say it ticked all the boxes and we made an offer the following morning, which was accepted in the days that followed.
