Having been looking for a suitable home to purchase or a block to build on for more than 18 months we had almost given up finding what we were looking for. And it was with us contracting sight unseen as we trusted Tony’s opinion on the block which he backed up by putting us in touch with local residents who we could talk to independently before making the final decision to purchase. The negotiations were conducted professionally with sound advice again backed up by market evidence. As a result we felt he not only looked after the interests of his Seller but also the Buyers. Since then he has willingly assisted us with local trade contacts which we have greatly appreciated being as we are based in Perth.
