Tony is the most fantastic selling agent, and I consider myself lucky to have worked with him. He is a great communicator and pleasure to work with. Tony was entrusted to 'project manage' the renovation of the property (floors replaced, painting, general maintenance), and he did so seamlessly, managing the various stakeholders (Body Corporate, Building Manager, tradespeople). As a result, the property sold quickly in a tough market, and for a price that was above my expectations. A happy vendor!
