Tony is a partner and the Officer in Effective Control (OIEC) of Burnham Real Estate's Footscray office. He has been with the company since 1985 and has in excess of 30 year's real estate experience in the Western Suburbs. As a youngster he was a winner of the Novice Auctioneers Competition and has followed this passion and conducted in excess of 2000 Auctions. Always thinking of innovative marketing ideas, as a marketing stunt he appeared on Seven Networks Hot Property and successfully auctioned a home to rent. This was a novel idea maybe ahead of its time. In today's environment many of the better rental properties are rented to tenants privately bidding against each other.
