The sale price suggested by the agency was about 8.5% higher than the actual sale price. The agent recommended auction and the auctioneer commented that the property would most likely sell after auction rather than at auction. There was not a lot of interest before the auction and the property was passed in without a bid. The main interest came about two weeks after the auction date. The final sale took a few weeks to conclude, but it was sold for a satisfactory price, albeit lower than expected. The agent's advice regarding styling the property was very valuable and the contact provided for the styling was extremely good. Communication during the sale period was satisfactory and the agent's staff were pleasant and informative.
