Tony helped us sell our house quick! A whole 3 days quick. He told us what needed done to the house to have it sold. He had put out a for sale sign up while we were still cleaning up the place and as soon as we finished. The next day he had an open house and had offers the same day. We then got another offer the next day and accepted and sold on the 3rd day of being on the market. We also sold the house for more than what we wanted for it.
