We met Tony in 2019 as he was the agent who had been communicating with my family about selling their property. Unfortunately this did not happen as both family members became ill and ended up in care. Myself and another relative became responsible for their care and it was patently obvious that at some stage we would have to sell the house in order to pay for two lots of care fees. From the start Tony demonstrated not only professionalism but also empathy, as the situation was quite complicated with one of us residing in New Zealand and the other in Perth. Then along came Covid19 and it was over two years before we could consider selling the house. Throughout that time Tony kept in touch and at the beginning of 2023 when it was clearly evident that the house must be sold, it was a no-brainer that Tony would be the agent of choice. Throughout the process he has been amazing as it was left to myself to carry out the preparation to sell the house, and I as I have never sold a house before it was a God-send to have him there to guide me through the process. Tony has not only been extremely professional and knowledgeable but he has demonstrated much kindness, compassion and empathy to me during what has been quite a stressful and sad time.
