My initial experience with Tony was actually several years prior - he had sold a property beside an investment property that I was doing some work on. When I decided to sell my property, the agent that I bought the house off provided me with what I believed to be a very poor estimate. I contacted Tony who was confidence he could fetch a much higher price (in the order of 20% more) and he delivered on this which was good. This was even after several contracts fell through prior - normally within a week or two he had some one else.

I highly recommend Tony to sell your house as he sold mine in for a great price after the first one I used couldn't get the job done. The first agent from Springwood was really nice and worked really hard but he couldn't get his buyers to make any offers. Tony just seemed to know what he was doing a bit better because it was like night and day by comparison. Now enjoying my new home in Harvey Bay and had enough money left over for a good retirement.
