Tony sold my Biggera Waters unit in February 2023. Tony achieved what I think is a complex record, at a time when the peak of the market had passed. The price and growth Tony predicted before the campaign proved accurate. I liked how Tony took the time to prepare and think about the campaign, rather than rushing in half-baked. I appreciated the thought and care Tony put into managing the relationship with the tenant. Tony communicated proactively and clearly throughout the process. Tony is very easy to deal with. Tony has a very good understanding of the property market. He is also acutely aware of the economic forces which impact the real estate market. This was handy given my property was on the market during the recent interest rate hikes. Nothing is too much trouble for Tony. He was willing to show people through my property 7 days a week. I’m addition, Tony was able to organise the additional extras that I needed to ensure my property was compliant for sale. For example the installation of smoke detectors and repair work to damaged walls.
